Who We Are

We are a team of early childhood consultants, coaches, facilitators and support professionals who understand the realities of leading and working in education and care services.

Our approach is practical, relational and grounded in sector experience. We do not arrive with one-size-fits-all answers. We listen, work in partnership and help services create meaningful, sustainable change.

At Hourglass Time Education, we value people who care deeply about quality, communicate with honesty and respect, and are willing to contribute their knowledge while continuing to learn.
